These terms govern your use of the Fluid app on iPhone, iPad and Mac ("Fluid"). By signing in you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use Fluid.
Using Fluid
You may use Fluid for your personal purposes on devices you own or control. You agree not to interfere with Fluid or its servers, not to try to access other people's accounts or data, and not to use automated tools to scrape or overload the service.
Your account
You sign in with your Apple ID. You are responsible for the security of that Apple ID and for what happens under your account. You can delete your account at any time from Settings.
Your content
Everything you create in Fluid stays yours. You give us only the permission needed to store, sync, back up and display it for you, and, when you share a note, to deliver a copy to the person you address. You are responsible for what you store and share: do not share content you have no right to share, and do not use sharing to harass or spam other users. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules or the law.
Apple Reminders and Apple Calendar
If you turn these integrations on, Fluid reads and writes reminders and calendar events on your device on your behalf. Fluid mirrors what you do; check the result on the Apple side if something looks off.
Availability
Fluid is provided "as is" and "as available". We work hard to keep it fast and reliable, but we cannot promise it will always be free of errors or interruptions, and we may change or discontinue features. Keep your own copies of anything essential.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits or revenue, arising from your use of Fluid. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.
Termination
You may stop using Fluid and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms; the "Last updated" date will change and material changes will be shown in the app. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Fluid's developer operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
